Hello , i started this rp scene because he violated IC law by wearing balaclava while he is a citizen , he and his friend was clearly so mad because he got himself into a situation where he have a disadvantage on it , however after arriving to DOC and he was silent the whole road , i supose he was talking in VC programes or something similar so they could mercy kill him and BOOM rp scene ruined because i AM 100K ID that has better rp quality then him
