Why is he asking for POV and is rejecting after no response?!
Are you seriously hoping that he is posting his pov if he is cheating? Just reject it next time makes no sense.

What evidence of cheating do you need? he disapears. If you has a problem with his ban he will contact you at the forum.
I think the result makes no sense.

I did not see any cheats. I watched logs, you killed and finished him.
Sometimes killed player stands on legs, that is reason.
