2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
i want to be leader of Famillies gang beacuse i know all the rules to be a gang leader and i am in RP from a long time and i experinced in all type of RP sitautions and Orgnization and i was also deputy leader in Bloods Vegos Marabunta many times under deputy in all gangs so i have enough experince to manage a gang and i will help all new comming members to RP and i will try my best to make Families gang 1 of the best gang in City.
i will try to do as much events i can do for better RP experince and leos also get good RP experince with Families gang because i will do as much criminal activity as i can and i have a good family support to run a gang Successfull i have my deputy's who can take care of gang behind me.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will treat my gang members as my brothers, and I will treat them with love and respect so that they are always prepared for every event,and I am Give Bonuses so that they can come to every event and be interactive in the gang, but when I am serious I will be strict so that there is no impoliteness or disrespect for the leader or the gang members.
- I will interview everyone who wants to join my gang to find out their level of laws and experience in order to give each one of them the rank they deserve.
- I will also set up a bonus system for interactive and civilized people in all events and I Will Try To Pay all Bonuses immediately.
I have a number of goals. The most important ones are:
1- To Make Gang Active and Powerful With
The Most Experienced Deputies & Members.
2- To Make 100% Turf Without Any Rule Break & With The Good Turfers.
3- To Complete Every Weekly Goal Of The Famillies
4- To Complete All Events Successfully Like:- Fort Zancudo ,Store Robbery, Hostage Situations, Clandestine , Subs.
My Final goal in becoming the leader of the families gang is to complete the term 100%.
