I killed him because he insulted my sister, so he tortured me and I killed him

And for this I got a penalty but I had a reason to kill this guy because he insulted me and the problem is he insulted me ooc out of play

we have clear rules about conduct in city - so admin took correct decision
if someone have insulted ur sis u should open complain on forum and not violate rules
