Rejected Warn for Fear RP and PG | King Specter

I was going to HW cause there were some HW robberies were going on so i was going to take evidence but suddenly my mom called me to ask something so i parked my vehicle little far from HW and while i was gone Mr King Specter gave me a warn for PG and Fear RP and when i came back i asked my friends that why i got this so they told me that i was pulled over by gangs so i got to know the reason about my warn but i dont think that it was not really my fault cause i was not even wearing headphone and i was away from my PC (i was kind of AFK) so i dont think that i should receive i warn for this but still i will complete my jail time and as per my opinion that a good punishment for me.

sir it was a sudden situation thats why i parked my vehicle off the highway i know i can not leave rp situation but i was not even there since 2-3 min so i cant do anything in this my mother called me suddenly if i wouldnt have gone it could be possible that she wont let me play so that i dont want please try to understand my problem sir.
