Rejected Vagos violating rules: General rules 6.18, GZ rules 1.5 29227

Some Vagos members robbed me about 6 ft away from a gas station which breaks GZ rule 1.5. As well as he made me drop my bags which violates rule 6.18.

The bag is now considered as an illegal item so technically they can ask you to drop the bag.

But the General rule 6.18 says that you specifically can only rob drugs, weapons, armory. This should be updated if thats so.
