Reviewed Bad punishment

Hello,

I get a warning because Guetto Rules 1.6. I dont run to my HQ i was in my HQ when FIB guys start trying to catch me and put me on jail. I leave the road for the cars can walk safe and dont kill me. I never open fire to FIB guys (you can see it on proofs). Thats why i think is bad punishment.

I can't consider it a chase, but it's just my opinion.

I just wonder, if instead of being the FIB was any other gang doing that approach, would there be the same punishment?
