Rejected I have sent to morgue for VDMing and i have not done that.

I was sent to the morgue and they calm i was VDMing, i understand the rules and i haven't done that i blocked the other persons car with my car he ram into me. And i was sent to the morgue, people be ramming me in the greenzone and i dont say anything is this really fair?
