I Hope you are doing good :))

I would like to know why im not getting selected for interview for gangs i applied for families ballas and vagos i have more than 10+ ic age currently i am 17 or 18 icly i dont even have any punishment history or any ban im experienced guy i have been deputy of gangs many time so i think i need a chance as i have capability to do 100% Turf and make the most active gang of all but why im not getting any chance i would like to know.
