2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I gained a lot of experience in illegal orgs and I am currently leader of an unofficial family, and in my main account i gained a lot if experience in legal orgs which is currently banned because of some rule breaks. so I have experience in both legal and illegal org. Now I want to experience leadership position in legal org. Amd I want to improve my leadership skills.
- From the start of my journey, my aspiration has always been to become a leader. In terms of activity, I will make sure that there is good activity in the organization. I am also the leader of a family of over 20+ peoples active during the day and I lead them very well, So i know that how to manage family.
- After getting leadership in NG, I aim to inspire others to join us. i promise for a good bonus system. I will hire peoples everyday in org to make my organisation strong.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will introduce a good bonus system, So that other people like to join NG.
- I will hire members daily and daily training.
- I promise that I will keep 5-6 members in every events and 4 peoples in each gate while gate duty.
- I will recruit experienced members as HR.
- I will make good relations with other orgs.
- No toxicity in my leadership.
