Luna Usagi was born in Okinawa, Japan not knowing his mother as he has been told she was killed after Luna was brought into this world. Growing up with his Father who is a Yakuza Boss, He Raised Luna as his right hand in the org teaching Luna the criminal ways from such a young age. Luna grew up to never care about life of others and had such a bloodlust on whoever killed his Mother. One day he was informed from an opposing gang member about who the killer was, it was his Father... From there everything went downhill for Luna as he was raised to protect his Father, not hold a grudge against him. He ran afar from japan after that being in the gutter not knowing what to do until one day was tracked down by an corrupt detective from the city of Los Santos with information on how his Father was doing and how he is living a luxury life. That of course didn't sit right with Luna so he made a deal with the detective to get information about his father as long as Luna becomes the detectives partner with his criminal expertise.
Although Luna had expertise on the illegal side, he had no clue on the legal side so he started as a trainee and worked his way up to Lieutenant of detective, Then transferred to government to get an insight on the cities situation and how its connected to his Father. As an government employee he worked his way again to Chief of Staff and worked as a high command there looking through case files getting along with different orgs and finds out FIB had an eye on his Father for a while but couldn't get close to him as he is a secretive person, that's where Luna decided to join FIB and help out with the operation and taking down his father once and for all by using his knowledge with the experience from his childhood. Luna will do anything in his power to get justice for his Mother and nothing will stop him from doing what is needed.
Outcomes:
1. Luna is able to torture/Interrogate/kill for information by using truth serum, even lawyers
2. Luna can remove criminals from the wanted list or reduce sentence
3. Luna can pay informants to benefit him ( and the organization )
4. Luna can sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members
5. Luna always has his bodycam in his glasses recording ( Turned on with RP commands )
6. Luna can let suspects go free if they're in his family and aid them in escaping
7. Luna can take bribes
8. Luna can use any gun available, illegal or legal , on duty or off duty ( No org weapons will be used for personal reasons )
9. Luna can threaten lawyers/people to get his way
10.Luna can smash and break body cams
11. Luna Can enter the ghetto and be apart of criminal activity, can use makeup to hide himself
