Hope you are doing fine. Actually I got banned for no reason, I really don't remember doing anything wrong in the server. The last thing I was doing was standing in the office for building construction, I don't really know the name of it. I was just standing still there and went to eat lunch and when I came back I saw the loading screen and my friend sent me a screenshot of the ban and was so confused. I really loved playing in this server with my friends and was going to donate today. I don't really get why I got ban for no reason. Anyways please look up into my message and reply to me as soon as possible so I can know what to do in this case .. I will provide a screenshot of the ban message my friend sent me.

Hello, Dear respected admins, I am Sultan Al Ali- id : 53236, yes i am his brother aka as he mentioned friend sent him the screen shot, i was witnessed his technical issue, he was telling me he got his keyboard problem issue, and then he said be right back for lunch, and then few minutes i saw the ban on my screen with his name, so kindly with all respect give him only this chance, and unban him to enjoy the game with me, hes new and i did invited him to play with me !
