1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I'm passionate about improving gameplay and creating a fair, fun roleplay community for everyone. I love helping people get better and succeed in the RP world. Grand RP always has something new going on, whether it's crime or state activities, and there's so much to explore. I've experienced both sides and learned a lot from them. I used to be on the admin team, and now I’m excited to come back and start fresh.
2. What are your strengths?
a. I have leadership skills.
b. I am always calm in stressful situations so I can find quick solutions in complicated situations.
c. fast learner
d. last but not least I am hardworking and dedicated towards the work that is assigned to me.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
1. Overthinking
2. Sometime Trust wrong ones
3. Sometimes lack of patience
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
My main strength is being team-oriented. I can collaborate with admins and help players with their issues. I’m also great at guiding newcomers so they understand the rules and don’t accidentally break them. Plus, I’m a social person who makes friends easily, which helps me encourage people to follow the rules and keep the RP environment fair for everyone.

6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
No
7. Anything else we should take into consideration, or we should know for your application?
During my previous tenure as an admin, I made a small mistake, which led to my removal from the team. I didn’t realize the mistake at the time, as I was still new to the role. I had even cleared the second level interview. Later, when I spoke with Adham Sir about it, I learned that I had been removed without being blacklisted. Now, all I’m asking for is a second chance."
