About
Noir Cartel slowly started out as nothing more then orphans stealing food and essential items to survive in post WWII Europe. Over time it would grow into a underground criminal empire.
As part of the recruiting prosses they continued to take in orphans and children of poverty and indoctrinate them into the criminal lifestyle Where they would be trained to be Ruthless killers.
In the Mid 90's a child named Lance Thrust was found and trained and quickly advanced passed all of the others who were in the same age group and then surpassed even the older recruits.
Though his work in the Noir cartel he quickly rose to the top of the ranks becoming one of the most high ranking members. Leading Noir cartels special operations unit He only recruited the most skilled individuals where they adopt the same Thrust sir name and were given tasks to infiltrate all organizations in Los Santos to learn the strengths and weaknesses.
After gathering enough information needed, Lance and the Thrusts staged a coup and overthrew the leaders of the Noir Cartel and places Lance as the leader by force.
Now under new leadership Noir cartel has begone its long plan to start to seize control of Los Santos.
