First of all how are u Mazhor? So idk what is happening to this server it is dying because of corruption and beacause u cant get organization if u dont know admins. People work hard and play all day long and then some random guy or girl is gonna get organization because they “know rules” but they learn rules only temporarily for interview. Interviews are most of the time "Biased" and outcome is well known in advance, i have nothing against some certain admin or leader but i am just worried that we have lost fairness when it comes to interviews for admins and leaders and admins are making a lot of mistakes recently and even the tiny RP we had is now dying because server is becoming more fun than RP, i urge you to try and talk with people in high position to try and stop the way leaders/admins are being chosen. I am sorry if this isnt supposed to be shared here but its not just me, many many people are sharing same opinion as mine, thanks for your time and sorry one more time if this wasnt the right place to post.

Please share the information of which leader interview are you exactly referring to.

For example latest applications for leader of Marabunta, there were many applicants and only 2 people were called for interview which is very strange given the fact that many people applied?
Last time for example for Grove Street leader you said that you want to give chance to people who were never leaders before and now again you called someone who already was leader before ?
On top of everything we know who will be leader even before interview starts..

For example Minolina Swayze (ingame wife of Muyo Swayze) was called for interview last few times.
Also administrator "Ivan Drilla" was speaking around the city that its already known in advance who will be next leader of Marabunta, he was telling other people outside Arena that Mujo was choosing who will be called for interview and that it was his decission to call only 2 people this time for marabunta and he also added that probably Minolina is next leader given the situation.

On top of that, one more admin that i cannot name here also confirmed this and he said that its not up to him since mujo decided who will be called for interview this time.

Oh now thats problem, she was called 3 times on interview and didnt get leadership position and other guys were getting leader, and now bcs Regroup will get leader position thats problem now. It wasnt a problem when your friend Mike got leader for 3rd time. I think you people need to touch a grass a bit bcs you are obssesed with regroup members. Also mazhor can see now that regorup aint corrupted, its other families who want everything for themselvs. So when regorup fam members werent called for leader interview we werent crying on forum, we were grinding in other orgs. Its studdenly a problem cause you're not called for interview even if u have 3h a day in demorgan.

Minolina was invited to interview more than 3 times and wasn't approved as a leader. I don't see any corruption.​
