This LSPD officer Need to Learn Rules , This Guy started Stalling when We ask him to Raise His Hand and Waited for his Back Up to come

Second , He did muscle spasm on the wrong animation then he immediately changed to right one which '' putting hands in the air '' so i see there's no fail rp or even stalling by the LSPD officer , shit happens and everyone is not perfect as long as you not doing it intentionally
