Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 59051 will receive a punishment for VDM and nonRP driving.
ID 22240 will receive a punishment for nonRP driving.

Hitting someone on accident and then hitting them again after apologizing is clear VDM.
Both parties need to drive RPly. On your side of the road and not on the sidewalk.​
