i went into ballas HQ asked for recruitment and some guy id 4824 said put your hands up and another guy came
id 64611 he said you cant do that in hq and he said i am just teaching him the process of someone steal from you
and he said i can steal from you because i have lower id and i know rules better than you
Them he took 50,000$
