this is my second appeal now first one was denied for reason
"After update EMS has few teslas. You should not shoot everithing that can move even in ghetto.

the ghetto is an area where you can KOS anything that moves,
please consider this is an unmarked EMS vehicle, anyone can buy that vehicle in the game and paint it orange...
i explained i didn't know this was ems on my previous post, like i said i didnt even know EMS has teslas
if i knew this was ems this would have not happened
