Luis Holloway is 38 years of age, he grew up with a father so invested in the gang life he would’ve given him up for it, his mother on the other hand would’ve done anything for “her little angel”. Until the day the LSPD came to his house and shot his mother and his father in cold blood. The jury claimed they had probable cause, Luis thought different. Luis joined the blood street gang determined to get revenge on the LSPD he was their getaway driver to begin with and he climbed the ranks to kingpin. Due to Luis’ anger issues he wouldn’t give up with his effort to take out the LSPD. He joined LSPD and met the love of his life, his wife, (Feather Holloway) he would do anything for her. Feather convinced him to give up trying to take out LSPD. Luis may’ve given up trying to take out LSPD but his anger issues were always there especially if someone messed with his wife Feather Holloway.

Outcomes:
-Due to Luis’ criminal background he will happily take on a 1v3 regardless of the outcome.
-Due to Luis used to be Blood Street Gangs getaway driver he won’t let anyone pull him over as he will always get away
-Due to Luis’ anger issues when he’s off duty he can go into the ghetto without any of his PD gear and fight people with a mask on to stay unidentified.
-Due to Luis’ undying love for Feather anyone hurts her mentally and physically Luis will hunt them down regardless of where they are.
-Because LSPD killed Luis’ parents if he gets the chance he can attempt to kill them if there is no cameras or a chance of being caught.
