I was riding along with some of my friends when a Lamborghini Urus hits us from behind, inside there are 5 people 2 in front, 2 in the back and 1 in the trunk (dont think that is allowed). They tell us to stop and while trying to understand whats going on we get killed.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to accept the report
ID 8621, ID 12079, ID 15967 will receive punishment for General Rule 6.15
When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.​
