Was doing some ATM robberies to get a free ride to DOC, ended up being farmed back to back by what I assume was FIB. The first time the agent didn't even bother getting out of the car, just drove up and drove away.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report
Officer did not bug abuse, as in first POV you did not even communicate or try to defend the robbery and only sat there and in second POV you were standing very far away from ATM in a place where you cannot even see it allowing any officer to go to it and cancel it as easily as possible
