be careful when transtle, you mistranslated the words.
because he told you "you're fucking the server's mom". You wrote "fuck the server's mother". There is a difference.

Yes he translated wrong but rule saying:
3.2 Parents should not be mentioned in all chats, including voice | Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.

In Turkish, 9051 trying to say " You have ruined all the gaming fun of the people playing on this server". 9051 doesnt say anything against server, You can ask your Turkish admin assistants.

Upon reviewing the evidence i have decided to accept this report
ID 9051 will receive a punishment for General Rule 3.2​
