I want to lead the Marabunta Grande because I feel I have outstanding leadership abilities and want to showcase them to others.
Another reason I wish to manage this organization is that I have a broad understanding of illegal matters.
2. why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation.
One reason I feel I can hold the leadership position of this gang is due to my long term presence in many gangs which has allowed me to see the ins and outs of criminal organisations. By being a high command in many gangs, and speaking to various previously leaders, it has allowed me to progress my knowledge in how to lead and organise a gang and I feel along with many others that I am more than suitable for this leadership position of Marabunta Grande.
I want to lead marabunta because i grew up in the ghetto and died in the ghetto and now i am ready to lead marabunta and lead ghetto i want to have my name on the top of the criminality. I was in most of the organisations and i was high commended in the old bloods and vagos. i was in a lot of gangs and i saw that not everyone could lead it so i am here to let everyone see how to lead a gang.
People who gonna join the gang are not gonna waist there times in the hq they can go and do graffities or go and do streetfights they also gonna join global events and clandestine.
People who are not following the rules are gonna get demoted or can even be kicked out of the gang its not only for people who are a low rank its also for the people who are high recommended in the gang will have a warning or get demoted.
The things we are gonna do in the gang etc.robbing we are gonna do role passing
3.Rolepassing
My recommendation for enhancing roleplay is to stay as IC as possible. Only call on the Gods if someone is plainly breaching the rules. You should try to solve the problem yourself before calling on a God. and try to do rolepassing with other organisations
