Approved Breaking Event Rule 1.16

I was waiting for my friends to arrive when Lottery Boys raided us, but The Player ID -8886 and ID-25465, killed me out side the circle when the family house raid is going on. This is clearly a DM. And breaking event rule 1.16(forbidden to kill outside the circle) not just with me a lot of People died outside the circle even before entering the circle. which made them a easy win.
