2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I am extremely greatful for the offer to lead LifeInvader. Its something I’ve been considering for a while, and I believe I have what it takes to enhance it.

I’ve Been Around:
Before, I was actually in charge of LifeInvader and have experience working in advertising as a Senior Ads Team and Ads Traine. I know inside out the working system which makes me capable of high quality delivery of the role. Moreover, I have a loose schedule, so I am able to spare the time that will be needed to keep everything going well.

I Want to Make Things Better:
The LifeInvaders mission goes beyond ads it is the place where everyone can feel proud of their cuntributions to it. I intended on bringing the knowledge gap closed by way of training. At the same time, I am willing to bring all the necessary information the city needs through such as news stories, interviews, and videos.


Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ads Team:

Mistakes can happen, but involving managers in the regular inspection of the ad board will ensure that we stay on top. I may also add personnel working at night and on weekends or holidays to smoothen the work process. Youll promoted in case you put in the effort to do work.

News Team:
ill like the count for news stories and videos coming out daily. The news team will conduct interviews and report on city events to educate the public.

Creative Team:
I will arrange creative public events with inner staff activities for entertainment. This will make the alliance between the employees and citizens.

HR Team:
I will intiate 2-3 recruitment for departments like Events, News, and Ads. Top performers will have access to training.

Regular Check-Ins:
My plan is to schedule regular meetings with the department leaders to resolve any upcoming problem. In this way the Department director can share things with me and give advice to solve any problems.

Client Support:
I will ensure that client are getting proper help with their concerns.

Promotions:
I will make sure that ranks should be given to deserving, Smart and hard working people. Not personal connections of peoples. This will motivate other citizen to join us in Li.
