I want pov request to this person because of they was going to inside of circle clearly when event starts.
Actually I know they don't have pov about it but they're escaping bec of thread rejected without any pov request.

As u already said, your reasoning is because they don't have POV, you simply want the players banned. Most of players now request POVs for no reasons at all, just because they want the players to get banned. Your POV does not even prove they were in the event at all, which is also a reason for denial.

No I don't wanna player get ban. I wanna just see when event starting, is he inside or not inside of event. If he has a pov normally, he can publish for defend himself. When he start inside of circle it's event rulebreak.

Yes, you open a form because you don't want it to be banned, you open an admin complaint when it is rejected DD

You could ask for POV from person which u've seen in EVENT area incide circle after start - on your POV i don't see any - and we cannot just ask random people for POV's in specila if they tell that they where not participating in EVNT and u have not p[proved that they where in it .
