Life as a Child
Nicolas was born in Tbilisi Georgia he was growing up without parents he was alone in the streets he joined a gang when he got older he was doing a lot of bad stuff such as killing people, robbing people, selling narcotics, and others. He got older and got diagnosed with multiple personality disorder, he sometimes was a bad guy selling narcotics and sometimes he was the guy working for a 9-5 to save his friends, once he got older he ran away to a city called Los Santos.
Once in the city
Once Nicolas Got inside Los Santos he met a lot of friends they were doing everything clean, BUT everything changed after Nicolas got some bad stuff in his hands he started to sell narcotics but then he stopped (His other self) he decided to join FIB along the way he got to be deputy director, his other self started to do some illegal stuff such as killing people, taking bribes, picking up illegal guns and selling them on the black market.
Upon joining FIB
He started to do illegal stuff and also he started to work, sometimes he was clean , sometimes he was dirty , he learned to smuggle drugs and sell them, everything was going sometimes bad good , he started to take bribes, sell guns, kill people, etc
Outcomes
1. Nicolas Can wear clothes fast on-duty
2. Nicolas can take on a 1v2 due to his experience in undercover training in the FIB.
3. Nicolas can receive bribes
4. Nicolas can use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty.
5. Nicolas keeps a hidden radio on him 24/7 due to him being a FIB Agent.
6. Nicolas can confiscate items from others for personal reasons (not from vehicles and only with RP reasons).
7. Nicolas can plant drugs and Illegal Items on suspects to arrest them. (Using / me and with proper RP reason)
8. Nicolas can interrogate suspects
9. Nicolas can carry Truth Serum and can inject it into others for information.
10. Nicolas can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation)
11. Nicolas can buy/sell weapons in the black market.
12. Nicolas can kill others and rob others off duty in and out of the ghetto (outside of the ghetto if they don't follow demands only)
13. Nicolas can remove a person off the wanted list, let them walk free, or reduce their jail time if he feels like doing so.
14. Nicolas carries a PDA that is always connected to the FIB cloud.
15. Nicolas can pick up weapons off the ground to use against criminals (cannot loot in a gunfight).
16. Nicolas can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without a lawyer.
17. Nicolas can rob ATMs.
18. Nicolas can place stars on others or remove them for personal purposes. (with valid RP Reason)
