2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I have believe in the values of this organization , i have observed that this organization has great potential if its leaded by a great leader which i beleive i am due to my extra leader ship skills , i promise to not disappoint my curators and my org members.

A) Experience In State - I Have been in legal orgs since a long time , coming to EN 1 i was hc in fib , lspd in en3 i was also dhod of hr , ia and hod of hr , COS in government. i have worked my way from ranks starting from trainee all the way up to HC positions!

B) Loyal To Organization - In mostly orgs i have served i have been loyal to that specific organization i believe ng needs a good and excellent leader which will bring many changes for good for the org and take the org to the next level

also so many people want to join if the leader of the org have leadership skills and have enough experience how to run a org and i think i have both of the skills​


C) Promotion System - promotions should only be given to active personals and hardworking soldiers only on promotion ceremonies , promotions should'nt be random at all , HC's need to lead missions to show their skills and ( i will also introduce Soldier of the week and i will give extra promotion and extra bonus from my side too )

Activity - as of activity everyone in the national guard has to be on duty every day for at least 3 hours if they can't be in the city due to some reason they should be putting a LOA request in email. HC's would require to spend 50% of their city time in base, SASD and MP would be required to spend 65% of their time in base, these hours will be increased in case of emergency situations.​

My aim is not only be leader of NG it is to create NG a very well managed org with very active numbers , that doesn't disband due to and kind of rule breaks and i am sure i will make the NG the most active org in the city.​


3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.

1) National guard is the army so i will be focusing on recruitments more getting more people in this org , i will focus both on quality and quanitity​

2) Daily trainings to be hosted on base which will increase shooting and leadership skills , ammoruns to be done on time , quick response on globals .​

3) New Ranking system
I want to introduce a better system to the Current NG structure to help make the RP situation more realistic and fun for the members of the NG, have a good relation with other orgs as well
I would strongly boost up the Marksmen/Shooting training's and Communication abilities since some National Guard members can be pretty bad at it but not so they cannot do anything.​

NG needs to have more divisions to give the members of the NG more options of their RP career path, such as the current SASD being more diversified. Adding more divisions beyond pilots and medics, such as First Assault teams, Recon teams​

I experienced both the good and bad sides of this organization. I've gathered knowledge and experience in situations when taking up leadership was difficult. My ability to make rapid and responsive judgments in stressful situations would inspire the organization to perform at its best
more constant battle training, have simulation training within the members of the NG on base, help them develop their shooting skills, their tactical knowledge and reactions, help make the system feel like the NG is the greatest defense of the City.​

I have proven my efficiency of leadership, tactics and gained a mutual respect with all of the members of all legal organizations.

Org Goals
1. To become the most active legal org in the city and do our work without any kind of rule breaks.
2. - I will make sure that we attend each and every global, There should be no delays in ammo runs and all the org will have ammo at all times.
3. and i have many new ideas and many more thinks that i will apply if i get's the NG leadership
