Life Story :
Fedi grew up with his father, Mother, 2 sisters, and an older brother. His brother he was fairly close with. Fedi and his brother were 2 minutes apart and were twins at the same birth. Fedi grew up fairly middle class he never had to worry if there wasn't going to be food on the table or clothing to wear. Everything was provided for him, and he was very grateful for it. Fedi and his father never really had a father son relationship as his father was a cop and worked the night shifts. Fedi during the time he did have with his father he was very inspired by what he did for a living.

Fedi moved to Liberty City. Mesmerized with the beauty of the city,
Fedi Work as EMS first to get interaction with people and know the city well then the amount of crime pushed him to want to help fight crime. Fedi made his way to SAHP , after eventually being hired Fedi worked his way up the ranks becoming Major in a short time.
Fedi would go on to become the USSS Debuty Director for GOV, and still with a hunger to bring Money by any way necessary.

1- Fedi can accept Bribes off her 10-15s in her custody for their freedom. ($100.000 Maximum)
