Rejected Punishment for Fear RP | Azure Duke

I just got punisment for fear rp in this forum- Approved - Fear RP | 37949,
which I thought is not correct. Let me explain here-

1. I was not provoking.
2. Where I was standing with my car that was not their fam area or teretorry.
3. The Raid was just ended there not even 5 min.
4. And when I said 'HAHA' they not even pointing guns.

How they can just give me demand and kill me in that time span and that road ?

the act by itself to simply just sit in front of their house for no reason is considered as provoking specially provoking a rule break, sitting in front of them to simply get a reaction of such, clear provoking and valid decision taken!
