Rejected Parmanent Ban for GR 1.1

i dont know why you are giving parmanent ban to me for using my own account in my own 2 pcs i doesn't use any hacks or anything just used my account in my own laptop Sir my account named EGz Saints my id is 87168 my main id is 15732 name Elite_NorthX got banned due to GR 1.1 for (account sharing) but it is not the truth that is shared my account, Actually i have 2 Gaming PC s to play this , I play according to my work schedule , some time in laptop & sometime in PC so please unban me , i didn't shared my account with any other guy i am the owner of this account and i have 1 Pc and 1 gaming laptop most of the time i play with my laptop in this account but sometimes i play with my pc also because it has better specs but yesterday night when i am playing with my laptop i got banned in this server saying that GR 1.1 but that actually wrong i am using my own account i have given proof please unban me , i love to play this server , my discord id is( kiwi_momo) you can contact me here if you need more proofs just please unban my id video link :
