Story:
Gokberk is a police officer born and raised in a small town. In the following years, he began his career as a security guard who swore to ensure justice. However, the corruption, crime and injustice he constantly encountered led Gokberk to dark paths.
In his early years, Gokberk begins to lose his innocence while doing his job and begins to experience twists and turns with the criminal world of the town. Over time, bribery and vested interests become unusual for him. He cannot turn down the opportunities he finds, especially due to his relationships with the underworld involved in the drug trade. Instead of catching criminals, he started to protect some of them and turn a blind eye to them.
After some raids, Gokberk makes important changes in his relationship with the criminals he catches. To release criminals in exchange for bribes; He/she engages in unethical behavior such as collaborating with a prosecutor he knows, distorting evidence, or securing their release from the courts with insufficient findings. In this way, he earns small profits for himself and continues to stay around people who are involved in crime but are useful to him.
One day, he is assigned to a murder investigation after a well-known businessman in the town is murdered. However, as the investigation deepens, Gokberk discovers that the murder is not just a simple crime, but also part of a conspiracy involving the most powerful figures in the town. In this case, Gokberk finds himself the target of both the criminals and his own police force.
While Gokberk struggles with both his internal conflicts and the dangers around him, he begins to realize what a dead end his illegal work puts him in. As he struggles to find his true identity, he will realize that the connections he has gained through bribery are dragging him into even deeper darkness. He faces his fear of being alone when he learns the true intentions of those he thought were his friends.
At the end of the day, he will choose the path of his own story.
