In and Active Gun Fight Id You can Clearly see id-148129 is not Fearing For his life(fear RP) and instead of fighting he he simply sitting in the caravan and avoiding RP ( Fail RP)
Same Id Did the same thing just few mins back at 15:18

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report

Incorrect Format title is wrong
As RDM doesn't apply for Caravan fight also it's up to you to stop if you don't stop it's not considered as fear RP or fail RP
meanwhile if you stop and you chose to fight then they can just steal your Caravan.
