The individual approached and began verbally abusing us, obstructing our performance of official duties, which constitutes a criminal offense under the criminal code. I instructed him to step out of his vehicle, but he intentionally rammed his car into me, then shot me with his gun resulting in my death without any justification. This incident also occurred in an unscripted green zone at the Department of Corrections.
