At timestamp 0:58 it's clear that ID 41109 was surrounded by gang members. When LEOs return to their barricades after negotiations, any officer left behind alone should fear for their life, especially with multiple gang members aiming guns and ordering them to surrender (put hands up). Instead ID 41109 ran away, breaking RP and violating Fear RP and Fail RP rules.
