2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

ANSWER:- Firstly, FIB being a most power holding organisation in the city who controls all the federal level/global level crimes in the city. Being the part of and leading as a leader of such an honoured structure like FIB is itself a big opportunity and honour thing.
My some reasons to be a part and lead the FIB are listed below:-

A)). MY ABILITY AND OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT -- I take this chance and think it as an opportunity to make a significant impact not only within the organisation but within all the legal organisations in the city. Being in a leader position give an opportunity to make a meaningful changes and improvement within organisations. Fostering a positive environment coming up with new strategies would make the organisation drive towards the new success and motivation for upcoming leaders.
I have gained a lot of experience being in different organisations in the city with all the different leaders. And I think with all the gathering of the knowledge about the city and legal organisations I want to make a step a little higher to experience and gain more knowledge and share my experience and my knowledge with my vision and perception.
My previous records of working with other people and agents were quick memorable and strong. My strong tracts of problems solving ability working in high pressure situation to overcome challenges punctuality and socializing nature I think all this would probably help me for this position and to make a significant impact within the organisation.

B)). As legal organisations being a part of my roleplay starting from the beginning. My journey with organisation started with legal side so I love to be and do roleplay within this side of organisation. I almost have being in the legal organisations from a quite long time now and I have a deep understanding of it's works and mission. And being the part of this mission and work it's has been my personal mission and I value the work. So I think my alignment with its value and mission is what will make me a better leader. Leading an organisation that aligns with my personal value and mission will fuel up my motivation and passion to lead the organisation to its fullest. This will motivate me to work more hards and work smart and invest more deeply in the missions and goals of the organisation.
Moreover it's will give me a spark of long term commitment for my works and mission towards the FIB. This value will help me in the long term to stay dedicated in the hard times and overcome any obstacles establishing it's value and


C)). My desire to be a leader comes from my vision and desire to shape organisation identity and empower other people. This leadership meant to me as an opportunity to shape and define the organisation identity reputation within the city. I want to buding this value in the city and make the organisation to the top and gain lots of loyal followers towards the FIB. Shaping the identity firstly comes by shaping the internal culture within the organisation.
My aim is to foster a professional behaviour with a positive work environment and encouraging practices that aligns with the missions of the FIB.
As a leader my aim will be creating a supportive environment where everyone all the officers and all the city who come seeking help to the fib will and must be treated equally without any favouritism and bias. In my presence I want to make all the agent feel being supported in all their hard times and an environment where they are valued and motivated to work harder and contribute their best towards the FIB.
My aim is to make a make a team and treat everyone like a family bonding with everyone is a key to success. Finding each members strong and weak point providing them feedback and helping them grow their weak points and offering support when they need one. Encouraging them would help them make decisions and take ownership of their works accordingly. This will not only lead to job satisfaction but an increased level of confidence and health work environment. My aim to make an opportunity for everyone for their personal growth and development. Including traning programs , mentorship, career based growth. By investing my time and resources towards building my team is a key to enhance the organisation to

its fullest.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

ANSWER:- As a leader my priority for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation will be on top. Improving the role-playing level in an organisation can enhance team work, communication, and problem-solving skills. Here are some strategies to achieve this:

A)). As a leader my strategies to improve roleplay level is firstly to implement a regular traning programs/sessions. Implement this program would help not only for the newly recruited officers to grab things about FIB and it's works but also for the experience players out their to engage in a traning based on how to tackle crimes and traning programs based on handling global level crimes. Secondly I would like to make my agents clear about all the rules and regulations they need to follow and about the missions and values for the FIB and their work so that there will be no rule breaks and unnecessary disturbance during an engaged rp moments. My plans are to knowing my team inside-out and providing them their best works and department they can work and handle accordingly to increase work satisfaction. This would help them be more focus and engage in rp more.
As a leader my priorities are to keep an special placement for those expert and experience players who will provide us will feedback by observing us. This will help the organisations to grow up things where they lacking behind and work on those blank space. Their feedback will help in overall growth of the organisation and help to build and get engaged in a different RolePlay scenarios.

B)). Communication and socializing is what makes an organisation and Roleplay scenarios and Roleplay excel in all possible ways. My focus will be on communicating with all the agents as much as possible implement good and clear radio communication professional radio chats conversation implement the use of more and more rp command during and after the situations. My plans are to perform a weekly meeting with all the agents and with all the department and share my opinion and feedback as well as listen to everyones feedback and suggestions to improve the RolePlay level and organisations from their point of views. Talking about the recent crimes in the crime oncoming active gangs and their strategic and feedback on how to control them will be a great way to have a communication and engage in a roleplay.
My aims are to foster a good relationship with all other organisations within the city I would like to take meeting will all the organisations leaders like EMS SAHP LSPD and allied with them to make global level raids and events a successful ones Working close with EMS could help us have a regular health checkups and stocks of firstaids which is needed in time of crisis. And working with LSPD and SAHP to tackle and handle group organisation and group patrolling. Alliance and working will all this organisation will help create a great ways to increase RolePlay within the organisation and everyone will be engaged in a good realistic rp.

C)). Thirdly to enhance the RolePlay level in the organisations I would like to make changes within the FIB it's department and some rules to make roleplaying more engaging and enrich. I would like to introduce new department to the FIB to increase new opportunities and foster more activities and more members within the organisation. Creating a good ranking system where agents are ranked according to their hardwork and dedication and not through favouritism and bias. Implementing a good bonus system within the FIB and it's department to encourage agents to work hard and be more active within the organisation. Bonus for their hardwork and passion for the activeness they are in response to the events and crimes and not just for attending them , bonus for the agents of the week and many more would help them grow financial and motivated them to engage in RolePlay events and motivated them to be more active.
As a leader my plans are to perform small events within the organisation and also combining within other organisations like lspd and sahp to comeup with events within the organisation levels like promotion ceremony combined with LSPD and SAHP , celebrating agents personal/individual success and giving a platform for the recognition within organisations would help enrich the roleplay within the organisation and agents will engage themselves more and more and will also increase the activeness of the organisation.
