2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
(i). I want to be the leader of this organization because I am seeing that no new leader is completing there term at least once and the gangs are being disband again and again. I want to restore the activity of the gang and makes gang active and to make gangs again popular in city and to give Leo's a good Competition.
(ii). Secondly, I am seeing that the gangs don't give much money to the players and thats why I want to make a good bonus system for players so thats the deserving player get good bonus that motivates them to be more good and help them.
(iii). Lastly, I want to secure 100% turf under my leadership and I want to create a strong crew that helps the new comers and teach them the gang rule and to rule the whole ghetto.
3. My advices to improve RolePlay in the organization.
-My advice's for a good Roleplay within the organization is that to keep the gang active for all time zone. And to do gang activities like gun store robbery and 24/7 store robbery at least one time daily. And to do clands also.
-I want to make the bonus system of the gang good so that the deserving player get good bonus and it keeps him motivated in being more good in his work.
-I will try to complete my term without any rule break and without any warning.
-I will make deputies to hire players and teach them gang rule so that they don't make mistakes and to not break any rule of the server and gang.
-My deputy team will be:

2. Kerem Black | 27315
3. Stephano Armani | 86734
4. Doruk OldururJavo | 34611
They have experience as deputy of gang. And they are good with new players. And help them.
-I will also focus on getting the graffiti done 80% to 100% for a passive income for members.
-I will try to complete 100% turf and rule the whole ghetto.
-I will make my crew so strong that if any raid of Leo's happen they defend it and when the fight happen they win the fight with the Leo's and other gangs.
- I will try to make good relation with other gang and respect the other gang members.
-I will make the Vagos the most active gang on the server once again. And rule the whole ghetto.
