Took a car theft order got hes car tracked it, found it on the side of the road with him standing next to it gave him demands he got in the car and started driving i was following him we ended up at the hospital which is when i turned on my body cam then hes friend came saying he doesnt understand english and im forcing rp on him basically went back and forth. Then we waited a bit and somehow he recalled car
