Life Story:
Mad a young lad born in a family full of law enforcement officers. From his grandfather to his elder brother, Everyone is involved in LEO. Growing up his only dream was to be a great officer like his father. After graduating from college he applied to become police officer. And soon because of his hard work and perseverance, he became a successful officer. But there were some people who didn't like his success. He was busting every criminal he could regarding their background. Because of his ruthlessness some bigshot politicians made a plot to get him fired from his position. Soon Mad got involved into a high profile murder case as prime suspect. And because it was a pre planed murder done by some very powerful politician he didn't stand any chance and soon he was arrested. His whole career shattered in a split second. But luckily after few months some new evidence surfaced, and some of those politicians got arrested. And Mad got his post back in police department. But he was really upset with everything that happen to him, he wanted a new start in life. Soon he left India and went to city of dreams Los Santos.
Career Story:
Later Mad Hill arrives to Los Santos City and then he started looking for a partime job as personal Driver and he saw a Advertisement in Television that a Rich Politician needs a Driver, then Mad showed his driving skills up and joined as personal Driver. For that he couldn't any good amount of earnings. Later day goes on and tired working as a Driver . Mad was feeling very sad. And he taught to leave his current job and join In State and serve the Nation. At this period of time Mad saw that Federal investigation Bureau was started hiring at their Headquarters. Then he went there and written Examination and got passed in it then he went to give interview very simple as he has past experience. And later he got joining orders by the Human Resources and finally got the job in FIB. He worked so many months and for his professionalism/leading skills/his tactics Mad started receiving few promotions. Then Mad was introduced by His seniors to the bigshot's of the Los Santos City , Dons, weapon dealers, Drug dealers, corrupt political leaders . So in that Baground and surroundings everyone knew about Mad's past life . By this influence , The innocent and Positive minded Agent Mad Hill's Thoughts in his mind got corrupted and he became a powerful person in then city . Then Mad Hill started abusing his new position and Power, Then Mad became the very bad person. And got hated his entire life and career.
Outcomes:
1. Mad is open to accepting bribes up to $100,000, leveraging his position to manipulate the legal system in favour of those who can afford his services.
2. Mad has connections within the Darknet, allowing him to facilitate the escape of individuals from jail, provided the right price is paid.
3. Mad can acquire, utilize, or sell legal (not ORG) or illegal weapons in Black Market, both on and off duty, expanding his arsenal as he sees fit.
4. Mad has the authority to deny suspects access to a lawyer, refusing to identify himself with an ID, thereby denying them their legal rights. This would be done by lying to them that a department has been made though no one replied.

5. Mad's criminal past grants him the freedom to engage in various illegal activities without fear of repercussions such as killing people ruthlessly in ghetto like gangsters with his face covered. He can also use his position in FIB to raid his enemies by using all means such as trapping them in crimes.
6. Mad is capable of using torture, interrogation, or truth serum to extract vital information, resorting to the harshest methods if required. [Mad administers truth serum during the interrogation and uses the /try command to extract information]
7.Mad is willing to let suspects go free if they have familial ties to him, using his influence to protect those closest to him. He can at times even remove them from being wanted by the state when he feels so.,
