Life Story :
Talon was born in Istanbul, one of the biggest cities, Türkiye. She was grown up by facing with the bad side of the life. She lost his father at the age of 6 which forced her to join gangs and live a bad life. She joined a gang that sells drugs, cocains and kill civilans for money. At the age of 17 she was a well known and respected gangster among the gangs. One day while she was going to a gang to sell some drugs she got caught to SAHP officers who were doing checkpoint. They placed her in cuffs and investigated her. She told them that she will only co-operate if they let her join them as a GOV Agent. SAHP Officers decided to give her a chance and took her into GOV to make her one of the succesful officers. She joined GOV as an Officer than after serving 5 years in GOV she got transferred to SAHP as US Marshall. She has served 15 year for SAHP. After than she decided to join GOV to become Assisstant Director.
Career Story :
Talon was a hardworking person which attracted her high commands attention. In her first year she got promoted to Sergeant and kept doing her job. She was spending hours on catching criminals even tho she came from there. She was dedicated to her job. In her 3rd years her high commands decided to give her a chance as a . After getting promotion to Sergeant she decided to serve 2 more years in GOV. In that 2 years she got promoted to Inspector. After 5 years of service she decided to become a soldier. and served 1 years in National Guard. But after arguing with another soldiers. She decided to continue her career in SAHP. She has gone to SAHP and became Captain there again. While she was captain Head of the S.W.A.T department saw the leading and fighting skills. He promoted her to Deputy Head of S.W.A.T. After serving 10 years as Deputy Head Of S.W.A.T she has decided to spend more time with her family. So she has decided to become a U.S Marshall. After her 15th year in SAHP she decided to go back to GOV to become Assisstant Director of USSS.
Outcomes:
1-Talon, can break IC law including: COP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention etc., and use her position in GOV
2-Talon can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show her ID to any suspect
3-Talon can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save her friends, family members and herself. ( no targeting or PG)
4-Talon can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
5-Talon can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
6-Talon can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
