2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A. when i joined this city for first time i use to do basic rp in city. one day i seen some cops Infront of me they was doing RP. so i got interest to join LSPD and then went to give interview then i got entry to LSPD as cadet by Apple Jerry , that was my first day in police side. i worked many terms and got promotions to high positions as chief of staff for multiple times. few days back i just completed my NG term successfully and now i want to continue my legacy in state leadership. and introduce some new system within my LSPD term to increase RP. and i have capability to run term very active as per my contact and circle in the city. i can also make term very much active when comparing to last term. and i want to give peaceful and interesting RP to all my Org members and citizens.
B. RolePlay in state is split into multiple major division LSPD, SAHP, NG, FIB, GOV & EMS. Most of the newcomers join either LSPD or EMS as the their very 1st org. I myself learned most of the way of the city through LSPD. I have seen many Chief of Police running PD to its finest form, from Billy booth who made PD legendary to Lucas Soul who made PD a force to be reckoned with & Sergio Saint who upscaled the status of each and every unit under him who later on became leaders themselves. They are my very own inspiration. And just like them I want to inspire more people and give this city new leaders.
C. I wish to to make PD a desirable org. For past few months everyone is more gravitated towards either FIB or Crime. I will focus on improving the internal workings of LSPD so people could get more involved and immerse themselves.
D. Towing is a big part of PD. As there are many hotspots in the city that gets crowded often, with proper team we can easily clean the streets.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Most of the new players joins LSPD as their 1st org, so for the I shall have the best line of HRT units who will provide the highest level of training to them from learning the ways of the city as well as how to immerse themselves into the RP. I do know internal corruption and favoritism can easily ruin a soiled term. I will make sure to chose HCs who will not do so, BUT if they do I wont hesitate to remove them. IA will run as a separate entity without being bias towards anyone. To keep everyone on their feet I will have S.W.A.T to hold training seasons, exercise and much more.
i will ensure that every time there is constant and non stop towing for 24hrs. then we can take care of city with traffic violations. We will be doing special missions so we can also increase good and peaceful bonding/org relations..
