Hello, even though there were 15 robbers and one hostage in front of him, he ran through them and came alone while I had a gun in my hand. He cuffed me while my friends were there. How could he do that? There were no other leos with him. How could one person come alone and arrest an armed person when there was a hostage and 15 men there? Please punish him.
