Life Story:
Soham Raut, a name once a respected name in DOJ grew up with sharp mind and got huge amount of success. Born in India he was raised to be disciplined and hardworking. When he moved to Los Santos with his family he carried all those lesson and pursued him through out his career.
His brilliant performance pushed him in ranks in DOJ up to Senior State Attorney.
But everything changed after the heated argument with AG, DCJ and SCJ. The clash shook the DOJ and soon after Soham Raut was demoted back to State Attorney and was threatened to get 30days DOJ BL. What was a professional setback became more than a turning point.
The humiliation of losing everything he worked so hard for made realize him how fragile honor and loyalty were.
In that moment he stopped believing in justice and promised himself that he would never feel powerless again.
Career Story:
While being in dillema in DOJ Soham made a bold decision to leave courtroom, get on streets by joining FIB. His knowledge of law gave him a unique edge over other officers. He exactly knew how the cases are build and was quickly risen through ranks.
But under the badge he was carrying a lesson of downfall.
Soham in IA and while investigating a casefile he found out a mole in FIB who was secretly giving intel of every activity to the gangs. Instead of exposing the mole Soham approached him and the mole showed him the dark side of badge where he saw the moles influence, respect, fear and money.
At first Soham use to do small things like let suspect walk, misplacing a file, but the pull was strong.
But the knowledge of law and experience in DOJ and now with authority of badge Soham realized he can play both side of badge.
To his teammate he was a loyal cop to underworld he was a hidden ally.
Outcomes:
1- Soham Raut can take bribes upto 100k and the illegal items on the suspect.
2- Soham Raut can deny or lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any kind of identification.
3- Soham Raut can act like criminal. For ex: Go for ghetto clapping, buy or sell illegal stuff (org stuff excluded)
4- Soham Raut can cuff, torture and breaks and smash bodycam of other leos or person to save himself and his friends and family to avoid getting caught (/try twice per situation)
