I was earning candy while AFK. Despite not breaking any rules, I suddenly received a notification that my account had been banned. The notification stated that I would not be able to earn candy for 14 days, meaning I was blocked.

This ban was attributed to a reason related to "races" or character classes, but I couldn't connect it to my actions. I didn't use any third-party software in the game.

I request a detailed review of the reason for the penalty and, if there is any wrongdoing, a deduction. I have always complied with all game rules and community policies.
