Hello,
Today, I was unexpectedly taken to a PC check and received a 60-day ban. I was informed that one of my in-game settings was broken. However, this was the first time I had ever seen that setting, and I had no prior knowledge of it.
I have been playing this game for over a year and have always followed the rules. The issue with the setting was completely unintentional, and I believe the ban was a misunderstanding.
I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and lifted, as I did not intentionally change or misuse any settings.
