2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


- I am playing this project from 2 years, and I saw National Guard active for only few times and so I want to be leader of this organization and I want to show the power of NG and its soldiers and give the best and most active term of National Guard, and after playing 2 years, I think I am ready for leadership.

- During these years, I saw leaders not giving bonuses regularly and bonus system is very less, so maybe that's why people are losing interest in State so I want to make people interested again by making a good bonus system, especially gates go empty, so I will ensure special and high bonuses for that also, so people can earn money while being active and working hard.

- I gained very much experience in State Side in these years, and my previous experiences and skills will help me very much as a leader, As a leader I will care for all the members of my organization and have fun by hosting events every weekend for NG soldiers.

- Another problem I noticed is leaders and deputies doing favoritism and even some HCs, and they don't even remain active, hiring their friends who don't know anything at high ranks and abusing their powers, I will solve this problem by checking every single hiring logs and interview logs, so that these kind of people don't get rank and if any HCs did wrong hiring, they will receive their appropriate punishment. Only deserving, experienced and hardworking people will get their ranks accordingly.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- Good Bonus System for attending events and fair bonuses in every department.
- Unbiased ranking of people joining, in short reducing favoritism
- Events like promotion ceremony, sports events, parties every weekend so everyone can have fun
- Be friendly with all members.
- Address every problem in the organization calmly with professionalism
- caring for each and every organization members.
- checking every single hiring and interview log.
- ensuring 0 favoritism in my term.

4. Airforce - Providing air support, drop/pickup on events checking gang activity near the NG base, and giving backup during ammo runs by air
