Dear Lebron, I am making this forum appeal not to disrespect any admins or doubt their work but it's like a suggestion and a complaint at the same time the thing is that I waited for a month to get my application of admin selected I made 3 application 1 was rejected because i was not active in the city much 2. That it will be reviewed later and 3. Admin made the correct decision in all of that in between 2 guys were selected in 2 different selection my main points are why we need to wait a lot even though 1 applicant gets selected one application takes around 1-2 weeks to get selected and after that they only select 1 guy out of 20-30 people and when we ask what is the reason for it they don't answer it and says admin took correct decision or the application will be reviewed in next due I saw in some cases they reviewed the rejection of admin complaint and said apply for leader as you don't fulfill the requirement of admin. The main issue is that if you see this problem in a point of view of a player we wait for 2-4 weeks (as they say after announcing the application will be reviewed in the next selection) and after that we don't get a reason why we didn't got selected what we did wrong all of it makes a conclusion that it's not fair as there should a reason that why a person is getting rejected if you see en1 and en3 they does that but in en2 it's not like this so it many time makes up a question is it favouritism as no one is getting reasons why they are not getting selected after waiting for 2-4 weeks and why the selection process is too late it's for your fairness I would like to suggest that en2 should adopt or inspire the system of en3 and en1 as the current procedure and all seems to be biases and not fair I would suggest that your admin should select people weekly, every application should be reviewed before selection and the reason why the application got selected should be given
as of now it's not a big issue but I see the difference in all 3 servers en2 admins are a bit late if you see the complaint about players section there will be pending complaints from a week ago and the application selection process takes 1-2 weeks for reviewing applications of 7-8 guys. If there is a solution of this it could be hiring new admins or making the team active but what they does doesn't seems good as I explained above how the application process is not fair enough. Please forgive me if you think my english is not good and it feels disrespectful anywhere I never meant to disrespect anyone just trying to tell our players pov.
