I hope you all are doing well.
I am writing this appeal with complete honesty and a heavy heart. My account was recently banned for “Bug Abuse,” but I want to clarify that I never intentionally abused any bug. What happened with me was something I experienced for the first time, and at that moment even I didn’t understand what was happening.
When I entered the zone during the Harbour event, my character suddenly started teleporting. I was confused and didn’t realize immediately that it was a bug. Even the other players were disappearing and reappearing for me, and the same thing was happening from their side as well. It was a mutual glitch, not something I caused or tried to take advantage of.
I completely accept that things went wrong, but it was never intentional from my side. I would never knowingly break the rules or harm the fairness of the server. The situation only became clear to me later, and by then I was already banned.
I truly enjoy playing on your server. I have spent so much time here, made friends here, and built memories. Getting banned like this is honestly heartbreaking for me. I promise from the bottom of my heart that such a mistake will never happen again. If there is any precaution I need to follow in the future, I am more than willing to do so.
Right now, the GC Event and the GC Battle Pass have also arrived, and I genuinely want to participate. But if I remain banned, I won’t be able to experience any of it. That is why I am humbly requesting you to please give me one more chance.
I hope you will understand my situation and reconsider the decision.
Please unban my account. I will not let you down again.
