Additional information

1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

Los Santos Police Department was the second organisation I joined after Emergency Medical Services and I have 2 years of work experience in the LSPD. I joined the LSPD for the first time in Sergio Saint's sir term, he guided me and I grinded rank by rank from the very first rank till a good, high rank which took me around 2 years of hard work so I believe that I have much experience and knowledge of the city and the department aswell. I know how things work on the ground and what officers need.

After spending so long in the department, I have seen what works and what is holding back LSPD from moving up.a I want to bring a better command structure, increase quality of communication in the department so officers can perform their duty confidently without confusion or delays.

I am consistent and good with new people, have helped a good number of new officers even without a major rank. I'm patient, I don't get toxic and I know how to explain things in a way that the other understands. I want to create a department where people enjoy being on duty while keeping everything professional.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

Right now, a lot of scenes become frustrating because everyone talks at the same time or people push in without understanding the situation and start fighting on radio/misunderstanding rises. If we keep the radio clean, follow proper callouts (there are so many radio codes but only few are used, most of the people don't know them) and let one officer take control of a scene, the RP becomes much realistic. Even the short things like announcing your arrival, giving short clear instructions can make a huge difference.

Most people know the rules but they freeze when something unexpected happens. We should focus more on short and scenario wise training where they will actually perform. When officers practice this regularly, they get confident and the RP will become smoother.

Instead of rushing arrests or ending situations too quickly, officers should take few extra seconds to talk, ask questions and enjoy the scene. This will build better stories and make the department look professional and realistic. Good RP is not just about creating arrests, following proper procedures but also about creating moments that players remember.
